Seattle – Pike’s Place // Mt. Ranier // Greenlake // Olympic Park

Of course, my recent trip to Seattle was not all work and no play! Due to my sister’s recent “funemployment,” we had plenty of time to explore the city and even take a BEAUTIFUL hike to Mt. Ranier! Seattle has easily become one of my favorite US cities, where you have mountains, beaches, and ocean all in the same place.

Seattle staple – Pike’s Place Market. If only I lived here, I’d buy fresh flowers everyday!

Of course, we ate some amazing food…first dinner – Shiro’s Sushi. If you have ever seen the documentary, Hiro Dreams of Sushi, the one chef that finally makes the egg souffle perfect after 10 years, he used to work at Shiro’s! Unfortunately, we just found out he recently moved to NYC to open up his own restaurant. But the fish was still amazing!

We lucked out and had the most beautiful day to hike Mt. Ranier! It was the most amazing hike I’ve ever done – full of wildflowers and lushy greenness but also glaciers and snow!DSC_0643 DSC_0651 DSC_0660  DSC_0665 DSC_0672 DSC_0684 DSC_0691 DSC_0701 DSC_0702 DSC_0704 DSC_0716 DSC_0726  DSC_0743

Back to Seattle, we spent some time at Olympic Park during sunset for the doggy photoshoot, but I managed to snap some quick non-dog shots…I couldn’t resist!
