Iceland // Day Four – Seljalandsfoss, Skogafoss, Dyrhólaey, Reynisfjall, and Vik

On the fourth day, we left our cozy safe haven in Reykjavik and ventured east on the Ring Road, starting our drive of Iceland’s Southern Coast. When Art asked me our itinerary for the day, I joked that we were going to see 30 waterfalls, planning really only to see two (Seljalandsfoss & Skogafoss). However, little did we know we would see 50+ waterfalls over the extent of our southern coast drive! HOLY COW!

And also a lot of these giant “marshmallows” on farms!

Seljalandsfoss – there is the main waterfall, but also two other smaller ones to its left. TRIPLE WATERFALL!

Behind the waterfall…it got a little wet!

We tried to re-create our meal from Cafe Loki – rye bread &  smoked lamb with a waterfall view.
